The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the
bill, beginning on page one, by striking out the title of the bill
in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read
as follows:

A Bill to amend and reenact §9-5-16 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to requiring the Medicaid program
to do an annual health care provider reimbursement study and
report the findings to the Joint Committee on Government and
Finance or a designated interim committee.
"
